This 4-piece shell pack is built with 6-ply, 100% birch shells, renowned for their lively attack, warm overtones, and full low-end that cuts through any mix.1 Designed for gigging and recording musicians, its compact footprint makes it ideal for tight spaces, small venues, and effortless transport.

A standout feature is the shallow 20"x8" bass drum, engineered to deliver a surprisingly deep and punchy sound despite its reduced depth, saving space without compromising tone.9 The innovative 13"x8" floor tom is equipped with 20-strand snares, allowing it to transform into a deep 13-inch snare drum with a single action, offering versatile playing possibilities for various genres like jazz, hip-hop, and R&B.

The kit features Yamaha's YESS (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System) mounting system for the rack tom, ensuring optimal resonance by minimizing contact with the shell.1 Yamaha's original ball mount and clamp system provides unparalleled 360° flexibility and stability for precise drum positioning. Die-cast bass drum claw hooks with rubber inserts protect the wood hoops and ensure noise-free function, while 1.6mm triple-flanged steel hoops contribute to an open sound and long sustain on the toms and snare.1 The shell pack includes a matching 13"x5" snare drum and a CL940LB tom holder.

For modern applications, this kit is also designed to be easily transformed into a hybrid drum kit by installing an EAD10 or trigger pickups, allowing for enhanced sound and low-volume practice.
