Made from a 1.2mm seamless bronze shell, this 14x4.5" snare offers a bright, articulate voice with a complex, musical overtone palette that shines both on stage and in the studio.

Part of Tama’s Sound Lab Project (S.L.P.) series, this snare was crafted to explore the sonic potential of bronze in a shallower shell design. The result is a drum with fast response, high sensitivity, and excellent cut—perfect for styles that demand clarity and control, like gospel, funk, fusion, and pop.

Outfitted with die-cast hoops, tube lugs, and a warm brushed bronze finish, the LBZ1445 combines boutique aesthetics with performance-focused design. It delivers all the character of a full-depth bronze drum, but in a more articulate, controlled package.
