Remo Fiberskyn Tambourine – Quadura White, 10″ (Dual-Row)

Acousticon Shell Technology — Premium Lightweight & Weatherproof Frame

This frame is constructed using Remo’s advanced Acousticon® technology, providing a highly durable, lightweight composite build that is completely immune to weather changes. Unlike standard wood plies that can warp or crack under humidity, this 10″ design ensures a rock-solid structural foundation that won’t change shape under hot stage lights, keeping your playing comfortable and fatigue-free.

Pre-Tuned Fiberskyn Head — Consistent Tone & Tension Out of the Box

The integration of a pre-tuned Fiberskyn® drumhead gives this tambourine its characteristic warm, earthy fundamental pitch. Because the synthetic Fiberskyn design is integrated directly into the shell, it remains stable under changing weather conditions—meaning your tambourine maintains its consistent tone and tension when playing outdoors, in high humidity, or under hot stage lights without needing manual adjustment.

Dual-Row Jingle Layout — Rich, Shimmering Projection

This 10″ configuration features a double-row jingle set that delivers a dense, full-bodied shimmer to complement the warm thud of the head. The dual-row layout ensures maximum volume and a lingering accent tail, allowing your syncopated patterns and rolls to cut cleanly through loud acoustic ensembles, worship groups, and live percussion mixes.

Why It Works

The Remo Fiberskyn tambourine focuses purely on plug-and-play reliability. It provides a highly dependable, stage-ready instrument that retains the classic look and warm sound of vintage calfskin while utilizing modern, road-worthy materials that eliminate tuning maintenance entirely.

Where It Really Excels

• Acoustic & Unplugged Gigs: The warm head tone and bright jingle wash sit beautifully alongside acoustic guitars, cajons, and vocals.

• Drum Circles & Worship Teams: Lightweight build and weather-resistant head make it easy to play for extended periods anywhere.

• Studio Tracking: Clean jingle separation and distinct head tone mean sound engineers can capture a premium, full percussion track with ease.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Is the head on this tambourine replaceable?

This tambourine features a pre-tuned Fiberskyn® head integrated into the Acousticon® shell. It is not designed for manual head replacement — the pre-tuned construction is what maintains consistent tone and tension out of the box.

Can I use a stick on this tambourine head?

While it can handle light stick work or mallet accents, it is primarily designed for hand percussion techniques (palm strikes, finger taps, and knee accents) to preserve the lifespan of the synthetic skin.
