The Evans dB One Rock Pack: low-volume mesh heads for a full rock kit, cutting volume by around 80% while keeping a natural feel.
The Evans dB One Rock Bass Drum Pack provides a mesh batter head and supporting components for converting a rock-sized bass drum into a near-silent practice configuration. The dB One mesh construction absorbs impact energy to reduce acoustic output by up to 90%, while still delivering a realistic pedal response and beater rebound that closely simulates playing a full-volume acoustic kick. Designed for drummers with larger rock bass drum setups, this pack ensures your kick practice sessions are as authentic and effective as possible without the acoustic consequences of an open drum.
Installation is identical to a standard bass drum head change — the mesh head fits the drum’s existing hoops and can be mounted on any standard pedal without modification. Pair it with the dB One Standard or Rock Kit Pack and SoundOff cymbal mutes for a complete near-silent kit conversion that you can actually play your drum parts on.
