Gator GP-12 Cymbal Slinger Bag: Reliable Protection and Convenient Transport

The Gator GP-12 Cymbal Slinger Bag is a reliable and convenient solution for drummers who need to transport their cymbals safely. This bag is designed to protect your cymbals from impacts and scratches, whether you’re traveling to a local gig, a rehearsal, or a studio session. Combining a durable nylon exterior with a padded and fur-lined interior, the GP-12 is a practical and essential accessory for any drummer’s gear.

Durable Construction and Smart Design

The core of the GP-12’s design is its high-quality construction, which provides superior protection and ease of use.

• Heavy-Duty Nylon Exterior: The bag is constructed from durable, 600-denier nylon, a material known for its resistance to tears, abrasions, and water. This tough exterior provides a strong barrier against the elements and daily wear and tear.

• Padded Interior and Dividers: The interior of the bag is lined with a protective, fur-like material that cradles the cymbals and prevents surface scratches. The bag also includes individual fur-lined dividers to keep each cymbal separated, preventing them from clanging and scratching each other during transport.

• Generous Capacity: The bag is designed to accommodate up to eight cymbals with a diameter of up to 22 inches, making it suitable for a wide range of cymbal sizes and a full set of cymbals.

Convenient and Practical Features

The Gator GP-12 is engineered for maximum convenience and ease of transport, with several thoughtful features that make it a practical choice for gigging musicians.

• Slinger-Style Design: The bag’s “slinger-style” design and wide, comfortable shoulder strap make it easy to carry the bag hands-free, which is essential when you have other gear to transport.

• Reinforced Handles and Zippers: The bag features reinforced handles for a secure and comfortable hand-carry, as well as heavy-duty zippers that are built to last and provide secure closure.

• External Accessory Pocket: A small accessory pocket on the exterior provides additional storage for smaller items like a 16″ splash cymbal, drum keys, or a cymbal clutch.

The Gator GP-12 is a perfect blend of robust protection, intelligent design, and easy portability, making it a valuable addition to any drummer’s gear.
