Quality Construction and Authentic Sound

The core of the Remo Ocean Drum’s design is its commitment to both quality sound and professional-grade durability.

• Durable Construction: The Ocean Drum features a tough, cylindrical shell with a high-quality drumhead at one end. The drum is filled with small, metal balls that create the authentic sound of waves when the drum is tilted and shaken. The clear plastic shell allows the player to see the movement of the balls as they create the sound.

• Authentic Ocean Sound: The Ocean Drum is played by tilting the drum to create the sound of rolling waves or by striking the head with a mallet or your hand to create a splash sound.3 The drum’s unique design allows the player to create a variety of rhythms and dynamics.4

• Compact and Portable: With a 12″ size, this Ocean Drum is a great, portable option for musicians who are constantly on the move or for use in smaller spaces.5
