Nux DP-2000 Professional Digital Percussion Pad

The Integrated Hub for Modern Percussion and Sampling

The Nux DP-2000 is a powerful, professional-grade digital percussion pad designed to bridge the gap between acoustic performance and electronic versatility.1 Featuring 8 velocity-sensitive independent strike pads, the DP-2000 comes pre-loaded with a high-standard sound library that includes acoustic drum samples from Nux’s flagship DM-8 kit, alongside a wide array of folk percussion and modern electronic sounds.2 Each pad is equipped with dynamic LED lights that change brightness based on your playing intensity and tone length, creating a visually expressive experience for live stage performances.3

Beyond its internal sounds, the DP-2000 is a highly capable sampler. It features a “Wavimport” function, allowing you to load your own custom WAV samples via a USB drive to create completely unique user kits.4 Its connectivity is equally robust; with three ¼” expansion jacks, you can easily transform the unit into a mini electronic drum kit by adding a kick pedal, hi-hat controller, and an additional trigger.5 Whether used as a standalone instrument for beat-making or as a secondary “drum brain” integrated into an acoustic setup, the DP-2000 offers professional features—including a vibrant full-color LCD screen and six onboard effects—at a competitive price point.6
