The Core Drum Module: Your Sonic Command Center

At the heart of the Strata Core is the powerful Core Drum Module, featuring a vibrant 7-inch full-color multi-gesture touchscreen. This intuitive interface provides seamless navigation and deep control over the kit’s vast sound library. Powered by the renowned BFD Sound Engine and a multi-core processor, the module boasts over 25GB of meticulously sampled factory content, encompassing:

• 75 factory kits

• 370+ individual kit pieces

• 800+ articulations

• Over 144,000 multi-layered samples

You can also create and store unlimited user kits, with ample space for importing your own samples via USB. Comprehensive effects, mixing, dampening, and tuning parameters are all easily accessible for ultimate sound customization, letting you sculpt your perfect drum tone.

Unmatched Pad & Cymbal Realism: Feel the Difference

The kit’s drum pads redefine electronic drumming realism. It features a 12-inch dual-zone mesh snare and three dual-zone mesh tom pads (two 8-inch and one 10-inch), all equipped with Alesis’ patented anti-hotspot sensor system. This technology ensures consistent response across the entire playing surface and allows for adjustable tension, providing a natural rebound and feel comparable to acoustic drums. The 8-inch mesh kick drum tower is designed to accommodate both single and double bass pedals, catering to diverse playing styles.

The ARC cymbals further enhance the realistic playing experience. The kit includes:

• Two 12-inch triple-zone crash cymbals with choke capability

• A 14-inch triple-zone ride cymbal

These cymbals offer a full 360-degree playing surface, mimicking the natural swing and articulation of acoustic cymbals, and can even be mounted on standard acoustic cymbal arms. The 12-inch Active Magnetic Hi-Hat stands out with its triple-zone capability and highly accurate magnetic position sensing, providing unparalleled precision in open, closed, and in-between articulations, and is compatible with any standard hi-hat stand.
