Bright Tone, Secure Grip: The Vic Firth 5A Nylon VicGrip
The Vic Firth American Classic 5A Nylon VicGrip combines the bright, articulate sound of a nylon tip with the comfortable, secure hold of VicGrip — making it an ideal all-rounder for drummers who want both tone and control in a single stick. The grip sleeve keeps your hands locked on even during the most intense passages.
Crafted in the USA from premium American hickory and individually ink-stamped for weight and pitch, the 5A Nylon VicGrip is a smart choice for live performance and extended practice sessions.
-
Made in the USA: Premium American hickory, hand-selected and crafted to Vic Firth’s exacting standards at their Mill in Newport, Maine.
-
VicGrip + Nylon Tip: A tacky grip sleeve for a secure hold, paired with a nylon tip for a bright, articulate cymbal sound.
-
Individually Ink-Stamped: Every stick is matched for weight and pitch — no two sticks in a pair will ever feel or sound different.
