L80 Low Volume cymbals are up to 80% quieter than traditional cymbals, so you can practise at home or teach lessons without disturbing others.
A real cymbal feel
Unlike rubber practice pads, L80s are real cymbals with an authentic Zildjian feel under the stick, so your technique carries straight over to a full-volume kit.
Perforated and sandblasted
A perforated design reduces volume, and the sandblasted finish gives the cymbals their distinctive look. Zildjian advises against using cymbal cleaner on this finish.
Sticks, brushes or mallets
L80 cymbals can be played with sticks, brushes or mallets, and they help reduce ear fatigue during long sessions.
Pair with a low-volume kit
They are well suited to mesh-head acoustic kits, practice rooms, drum lesson studios and low-volume gigs.
