The LiteSprocket is 40% lighter than Tama's previous sprocket, so the Iron Cobra feels faster, smoother and more powerful than ever.
The Cobra Coil adds a steel return spring that pushes the footboard back to its starting position, so you can tighten the relationship between foot and pedal without cranking the main spring and making the action heavy. Swivel Spring Tight lets the spring base swivel for a straight pull through the whole stroke, for the smoothest, lightest action.
The beater head is smaller in diameter but thicker, for more attack, and sits further from the shaft for a better sense of control in fast passages. The Vari-Pitch beater holder and Speedo-Ring let you set beater angle and footboard angle independently, and the Para-Clamp II Pro grips a wide variety of bass drum hoops without scratching them.
A thicker 6mm shaft and Oiles bearings in the hinge reduce friction compared with standard ball bearings and remove side-to-side wobble, while the two-piece Hinge Guard Block holds the bearing evenly for smoothness and a solid sense of power. Quick-Hook makes spring attachment fast and keeps it secure during a gig.
The HH905D replaces the traditional pull mechanism with a lever, using roller bearings at the fulcrum and a strong Kevlar strap between footboard and pull rod for even, noise-free action. Its two-leg design with a stabiliser under the footboard is secure in tight spaces, the Swivel Foot rotates around the legs for flexible placement, and the stand folds for transport.
The Quick-Set Clutch attaches or releases with one touch and lets the top cymbal float freely for maximum resonance. One T-bolt tilts the hi-hat for more expressive playing, the footboard angle can be matched to a double pedal, and Duo-Spike feet switch between rubber and metal to stop the stand from walking.
The HS800W holds 12-inch to 15-inch snares. Escape Claw rubber cushions let the drum float on the basket arms for better resonance and soften the impact on your arms and wrists. The asymmetrically spaced basket swivels independently, so it clears the strainer and lugs wherever you place them, and the Omni-ball tilter gives flexible yet stable angles.
Each HC83BW boom stand converts to a straight stand when space is tight, with the arm stored in the upper tube. The toothless Quick-Set Tilter uses six metal disc plates to hold any angle, and the Quick-Set Cymbal Mate attaches and releases with one touch. Glide-Tite Grip Joints lock sections metal-to-metal, isolating cymbals so they ring naturally.
