Live Wires — The Brushes Built for Modern Performance
The Vic Firth Live Wires are a professional-grade wire brush designed for drummers who need the classic swish and articulation of traditional brushes with the durability and control to handle modern performance demands.
Featuring retractable steel wires in a contoured handle, the Live Wires give you full control over spread and fan — from tight, focused playing to wide open swish — making them equally at home in jazz, blues, country, and acoustic settings.
-
Retractable Steel Wires: Adjustable spread for precise control over tone and dynamics in any musical setting.
-
Ergonomic Handle: Balanced grip design for comfort and control during long sets and recording sessions.
-
Versatile Sound: From delicate brush rolls to forceful swipes — one pair covers the full range of brush playing.
