Sabian Cymbal Felt Pack – 12 Pcs

Sabian Cymbal Felt Pack – 12 Pcs: Essential Protection and Optimal Sound

The Sabian Cymbal Felt Pack is a professional assortment of 12 high-quality replacement felts designed to keep your cymbals properly protected, stabilized, and sounding their best.1 Regularly replacing worn-out felts is crucial for maintaining the integrity of your cymbals and ensuring they move and resonate correctly on your stands.

Quality Construction and Performance

The felts in this pack are chosen for their density and durability to serve various functions across your drum kit.

• High-Density Felt: Made from durable, high-density felt material, these pieces provide reliable cushioning.2 This prevents the metal surfaces of cymbal stands and wing nuts from making direct contact with the bronze, which is essential to prevent keyholing and cracking.3

• Optimal Resonance: Proper felts allow the cymbal to swing and vibrate freely, ensuring maximum sustain and optimal tone. Worn or compressed felts can dampen the cymbal, choking its natural sound.

• Stabilization and Protection: The felts absorb impact shock from stick hits and keep the cymbal securely in place on the stand without overtightening.

Convenient and Practical Features

The 12-piece pack provides a comprehensive solution for an entire drum kit, ensuring all necessary points of contact are covered.

• Comprehensive Assortment: The pack typically includes a mix of different sized felts to accommodate various parts of the stand:4

  • Large Felts: For the base/seat of the cymbal stand and below the wingnut.

  • Small/Medium Felts: For hi-hats (top and bottom) and sometimes smaller splash cymbals.

• Sabian Quality: These felts are manufactured to the high standards of the Sabian brand, ensuring reliable performance and a proper fit on most standard cymbal hardware.

• Essential Maintenance: This pack is an indispensable maintenance item for both professional drummers and casual players to keep their valuable cymbals in top condition.

The Sabian 12 Pcs Cymbal Felt Pack is the most economical and reliable way to replace damaged or worn felts, securing your cymbals and maximizing their sonic potential.
