The Persuader leads with a dark, authoritative voice: its hammered brass shell delivers a formidable burst into the music with undeniable punch. The 14x6.5-inch size adds depth and weight to every backbeat.
1.2mm hammered brass
The 1.2mm hammered brass shell carries an antique nickel-plated finish, set off by chrome hardware and in-line locking B-lugs.
SONIClear bearing edge
The rolled SONIClear 45-degree bearing edge, standard on every Black Panther snare shell, lets the head sit flatter and make better contact with the shell. A 2.3mm snare bed, 5.5 inches wide, seats the 20-strand snare wires against the Remo Ambassador resonant head.
Air Flow venting
Each Black Panther model is fitted with the number of vent holes that suits its feel and resonance, chosen through extensive testing. The Persuader has four air vents.
Cylinder-Drive strainer, Sonic Saver hoops
The Cylinder-Drive strainer and butt-side adjustment run on a self-lubricating bearing for smooth operation, and their micro-lock adjustment knobs give precise tension control. Sonic Saver hoops complete the drum.
