Wide Open and Punishing — A 14x8" Brass Snare With Sonically-Centred Power.
Wide Open and Punishing
Primal Brass snare drums speak with sonically-centred power and “wet” overtones. The 14x8-inch size delivers a wide open and punishing sound.
1mm beaded brass shell
The 1mm beaded brass shell has a brushed natural brass finish. Built to take every full-force strike and get the job done without any added flair, each Primal shell is treated to project with its purest, unrestrained tone.
2.3mm triple-flanged hoops
Strong 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops are standard across the Primal Snare Collective for tuning integrity and maximum durability in play.
The PSC dual lug
PSCL55 dual lugs are mounted in the shell centre with an arch design for minimal shell contact and increased weight.
Premium style, player-friendly price
Pearl's Primal Promise delivers a drum that covers all the performance bases at a price that won't break the bank. It comes with an SR-01NRS strainer and SR-01ERSH snare wires, and the Primal Snare Collective offers four of the most in-demand snare sizes in each shell type.
