NUX DP-2000 Hi-Hat Expansion Package

Expand your digital pad into a complete, playable electronic hi-hat setup

The NUX DP-2000 Hi-Hat Expansion Package is the ultimate accessory upgrade for drummers and percussionists looking to transform their NUX DP-2000 or DP-2000IN percussion pad into an authentic, foot-controlled hi-hat rig. Featuring a responsive hi-hat controller pedal engineered for continuous open, half-open, closed, and foot splash articulations, this plug-and-play expansion package connects directly into the rear panel inputs of your DP-2000, delivering a natural pedal feel and maximum dynamic expression for hybrid and desktop setups.

Authentic Hi-Hat Control — Natural Foot Expression

The NUX Hi-Hat Expansion Package bridges the gap between desktop pad playability and a true drum kit experience. By translating your foot movement into real-time continuous control data, it lets you trigger crisp closed hi-hats, smooth half-open sizzles, full open sloshes, and tight foot chick accents directly from your DP-2000 sound engine.

Direct Plug-and-Play Integration

Designed specifically for the NUX DP-2000 series, this expansion pedal plugs straight into the dedicated 1/4″ HH CTRL input jack on the back of the module. No complex calibration or external power supplies are required — simply plug in, assign your hi-hat pad zone, and start playing immediately.

Heavy-Duty, Non-Slip Construction — Built for Stage Use

Engineered with a weighted pedal chassis and high-friction rubber bottom grips, the controller stays anchored firmly to stage carpets and studio floors during dynamic foot play. Its durable mechanical spring action provides comfortable pedal resistance for hours of practice and live performance.

Compact Desktop & Hybrid Setup footprint

Eliminating the need for a bulky acoustic hi-hat stand and heavy tripod legs, this compact expansion package provides full pedal functionality in a small footprint, making it ideal for home studios, tight stage spaces, and mobile setups.
