The World’s Best-Selling Drumstick, Now With Nylon Tip: The Vic Firth 5A Nylon
The Vic Firth American Classic 5A Nylon Tip gives you everything that makes the 5A a legend — its iconic balance, feel, and all-genre versatility — with the added brightness and durability of a high-quality nylon tip. It’s the choice for drummers who want a cutting, articulate cymbal sound without sacrificing the precision and consistency the 5A is known for.
Crafted in the USA from premium American hickory and individually ink-stamped for weight and pitch, the 5A Nylon Tip is a reliable upgrade that delivers a brighter, more projecting sound in any musical context.
-
Made in the USA: Premium American hickory, hand-selected and crafted to Vic Firth’s exacting standards at their Mill in Newport, Maine.
-
Bright Nylon Tip: Delivers a brighter, more articulate cymbal sound and resists chipping — ideal for heavy hitters or electronic kits.
-
Individually Ink-Stamped: Every stick is matched for weight and pitch — no two sticks in a pair will ever feel or sound different.
